This document contains the general terms and conditions under which Al Kawther Pharmacies, registered at address: Al Mansoura, Doha, Qatar. sells goods through its online shop at: www.alkawtherpharmacy.com, hereinafter referred to as the SHOP. Anyone who loads the internet address www.alkawtherpharmacy.com into technical device used by him will be called a USER. Limitation of Liability

In order to purchase products from the SHOP you need to submit your personal information. This information is protected by the Law on the protection of personal data. The SHOP uses your personal information in order to improve the services we offer. The information sent by you is only used for the fulfillment of your order.

Changing the prices of goods

The SHOP has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to consumers. The User is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the making of the order.

On discount prices, discounted prices are announced, and the new price is set below the old one, which is crossed out.

If there were technical errors in the personal information submitted by the user during the making of the order, the SHOP has the right to refuse the performance of the order without owing any compensation to the user. If the user has paid for a specific order/ and that order could not be fulfilled for the above reasons, the SHOP is obliged to return the money.

3. The prices of the products are listed in the webpage where the product is presented.
4. Shipping cost is NOT included in the prices of the products listed in the website. It is listed separately in the order and is added to the price of the goods when determining the total amount due to be pay.
5. Upon using the provided means for communication there is no additional cost charged.
6. All means of delivery are described in the field “Terms of delivery”.

Cancellation and return of orders

Based on Article 55 of the CPA /Consumer Protection Act/the customer  is entitled to cancel  and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.  The return should be done within 14 days of the receipt provided that the goods are not used, their original packaging is intact and under the conditions as per Article 55 of the CPA. The shipping costs in this case are borne by the Customer.. The amount paid by the user shall be refunded using the same means of payment which he initially had used, except for the shipping costs.

Reclamations

Upon receiving the goods, you should check the content of the parcel and the accordance of the goods to your order. For incongruity of the ordered goods with the received ones, the SHOP shall replace the products at its expense with no additional charge to the Customer. The Customer shall pay only the delivery costs.

In case of missing goods, identified by the Customer upon receiving of the order, the SHOP may offer an alternative product at the same price . If the Customer refuses the substitution of products the SHOP will refund the  price no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.

If you receive a defective product , the SHOP shall replace it with another one of the same kind, where the shipping and other costs shall be borne by the SHOP.

If any infringements in the outer appearance of the goods occur caused during the shipping, you can contact the courier for a protocol for a damaged shipment.

The SHOP reserves the right to amend the current Terms of use at any time and all such amendments shall enter into force without the need for prior consent of the Customer. The amendments enter in force automatically from the moment of their publication in the SHOP web-page: www.alkawtherpharmacy.com

Estimated delivery time
Delivery of orders outside the territory of Qatar takes between 5 days after shipment is dispatched, depending on the country of delivery, delivery service, and courier.
Delays are to be expected in periods around national and international holidays, official non-working days or periods around Friday. If you do not receive your order, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the matter in your interest.

Shipping and Delivery Rates
Our online platform calculates the weight of the products and selects the most economical option for delivery to your country.

Worldwide Deliveries
Extra duties and taxes may apply to any of the countries in those regions. Please refer to the national customs office in your country to learn more about possible taxes before placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

The delivery cost will be visible when you finalize your order and it will be added to the final amount you have to pay via Card transaction, PayPal transfer or bank transfer.
